Schedule For Englewood

January 17 to April 2012: Training will meet every Tuesday evening from 7:00-10:00pm and every other weekend. Saturday hours are 7:00am-5:00pm and Sunday is 7:00am to 5:00pm. There will be a graduation at the end of the course.  Questions Please Call 201.871.7000

Forest Hills Location

January 18 to April 2012. Training will meet every Wednesday evening from 7:00-10:00pm and every other weekend. The 1st Weekend starts on January 21, 2012. Saturday hours are 7:00am-5:00pm and Sunday is 7:00am to 1:00pm. There will be a graduation at the end of the course.  Questions Please Call 718.263.0788 or please fill out online application.

Cost:

3 Month Training:
$50 non refundable application fee
$3,500 Training and Workbook
$3,250 Payment before Dec. 15th, 2011
$3,000 Payment before Nov. 15th, 2011

(Please note, this does not include additional textbooks. We will send a list to those who are accepted to the course.)

Requirements
Application, Essay and hold Sirsana (Headstand) for 30 seconds (recommended).

Students participating in the training will move more deeply into the realms of the body, mind, and spirit and, at the program's end, will be certified to teach Bamboomoves Gentle, Level I, Level I-II Level II and/or all three (and may register with Yoga Alliance [www.yogaalliance.org] as a certified yoga instructor).
