Welcome
Welcome to Bamboomoves!  Bamboomoves is a growing family that consists of yoga studios in Pelham Bay, Bronx; Forest Hills, Queens; Englewood, NJ; and Palisades Park, NJ.  

Our classes range from yoga, bellydance, and Tai Chi to Zumba, Capoeira, Meditation, and more.  But most importantly, each studio is a community center and offers educational programs, workshops, community service, and other activities that benefit and work with the community and students at each Bamboomoves location.

As a collective, Bamboomoves hosts regular Teacher Trainings (200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified) and retreats that helps numerous students to continue and pursue their spiritual journey.
